hourly rate or a flat-fee basis. Depending on the circumstances,
the firm may consider alternate fee structures that are contingent
on the success we have in representing your interests, or a
combindation of contingency and hourly rate. Financial arrangements
and terms for attorney fees vary according to the type of case.
